How to connect

Five steps to connect your Salesforce org to Bregway — most teams are live within the hour.

1

Create a Connected App in Salesforce

Set up OAuth 2.0 with the required scopes (api, refresh_token, id). We provide a guided walkthrough — takes about five minutes.

2

Assign Permission Sets

Control exactly what Bregway can access. Attach Bregway-specific permission sets to your integration user covering operators, fleet, opportunities, and RFQ objects.

3

Authorise from Bregway

Initiate the connection from your Bregway dashboard. We auto-detect your schema, validate API limits, and map your existing objects to Bregway’s data model.

4

Fine-tune Your Field Mappings

Use the visual mapping interface to customise how your Salesforce fields connect to Bregway. Custom fields, formula fields, and picklist values are fully supported.

5

Go Live with Bi-directional Sync

Activate real-time sync. Changes flow both ways — Salesforce to Bregway and back — with conflict resolution and full audit trails built in.
